--Excerpt From Chapter 1 Of - Dark Stones Of Ages
Two mammoths came in stomping on four fear-bounded tribesmen. Keyvei and the Chief threw a large net over them and everyone worked together and held it tightly but it easily tore apart. Twelve accurate-sighted men threw their sharpened spears but were only able to bring down one of the mighty two. Several others got crushed by the strong standing mammoth.
A total of six other beasts breached in through the stone barricades of the camp. Casion tried his best to stake one of them but was pushed aggressively aside by its tusks, slamming into a massive stone in the process. The wolves did their job of great importance and bravely diverted the great beasts away from the tribe's village.
The remaining mammoths destroyed the coop as they fled in the same direction, trying to follow the rest of the unaware herd. One lone, confused mammoth didn't follow the others but instead, it maneuvered cunningly past the wolves and continued its short journey towards the helpless village.
